- Drink at least 3 glasses of this fat flushing water per day.
- Please note, the longer this recipe sits, the better the taste.
- Once the water has been depleted from the container, feel free to eat the fruits if you so desire.
- The Vitamin C from the fruits will turn the fats into fuels.
- Tangerine will increase your sensitivity to insulin.
- The Cucumber will make your body feel full and less hungry.
Ingredients : per an 8 oz. glass.
- Water
- 1 Slice of Grapefruit
- 1 Tangerine
- 1/2 Cucumber , sliced
- 2 Peppermint Leaves
- Ice , as much as you like.
Wash all Fruits and Vegetables :
Slice the Cucumber, grapefruit, tangerine ( you may use peel if you like ).
Combine ALL ingredients; water, fruits, vegetables, mint leaves into a large pitcher.
Add Ice to chill .
Stir to mix.
let set for flavoring.
