Soaking Your Feet

You know that as a Diabetic, you are to check your feet daily.
This is very important as you grow older and the diabetes is harder to control.

This is not your Science Class and I personally do NOT guarantee this will work for everyone.

DIRECTIONS :
  1.  Mix 1/4 cup Listerine (any kind but I like the blue),
  2. 1/4 cup vinegar 
  3. 1/2 cup of warm water.
  4. Soak feet for 10 minutes and when you take them out the dead skin will practically wipe off.
O.K. , I tried the Colgate Brand (blue), honestly not bad.

NOW, common sense will tell you the above recipe is too small for a good soaking so, here is a recipe for a good size soaking tub :
  • 2 cups of Listerine ;
  • 2 cups vinegar ;
  • 4 Cups of warm water : 
  • Soak your feet for 10 to 20 minutes, wipe dry. Please do not forget between the toes.
