Fat Flushing Water  :

  • Drink at least 3 glasses of this fat flushing water per day.
  • Please note, the longer this recipe sits, the better the taste.
  • Once the water has been depleted from the container, feel free to eat the fruits if you so desire.
NOTES :
  • The Vitamin C from the fruits will turn the fats into fuels.
  • Tangerine will increase your sensitivity to insulin.
  • The Cucumber will make your body feel full and less hungry.

Ingredients : per an 8 oz. glass.
  1. Water
  2. 1 Slice of Grapefruit
  3. 1 Tangerine
  4. 1/2 Cucumber , sliced
  5. 2 Peppermint Leaves
  6. Ice , as much as you like.
Directions :
Wash all Fruits and Vegetables :
Slice the Cucumber, grapefruit, tangerine ( you may use peel if you like ).
Combine ALL ingredients; water, fruits, vegetables, mint leaves into a large pitcher.
Add Ice to chill . 
Stir to mix.
let set for flavoring.
